´New Year´s Greetings 2010´ with Gangnam-gu Residents
Gangnam-gu will hold ´New Year´s Greetings for 2010´ with guests of Gangnam-gu and residents in the COEX Grand Hall on January 7, 2010. In the New Year´s Greeting, which will be a time for residents to be united, Gangnam-gu will wish for stable progress and will prepare for new directions in the District´s policies. The District expects 1,300 people to attend, including Assembly members and members of the city and district councils.
The greeting ceremony to welcome the New Year will held in the following order: Pledge of Allegiance, introduction of visitors, New Year´s Address, visitor´s address, presentation of a visual celebration from the 8th U.S. Army Commander and sister cities, and concert by Gangnam-gu Symphony Orchestra and Gangnam-gu Choir.
