Anytime, Anywhere, Convenient U-Gangnam will Become Reality Next Year
Making 'Uteligent City' Gangnam * What is "Uteligent?" "Uteligent" is a compound word made from "ubiquitous" and "intelligent."
Gangnam-gu, which has been developing an informationization project as the point of emphasis from 1995 with the start of its local autonomous government elected by popular vote, established new a concept of new electronic government development plan.
