Bicycles
Because of the traffic on Seoul's streets, some areas are not safe for bicycling. Bicycle riders are also restricted from riding on highways. However, the government has created several bicycle lanes on the sidewalks in residential areas. Additional bicycle paths along the Yangjae Stream and Han River provide safe places to ride. Bicyclists should watch out for pedestrians, cars, and motorbikes at all times.
