Vehicle Registration
Residents must register their vehicles with Gangnam-gu's Transportation Administration Division (main building 1F). If someone other than the owner registers, the agent must bring the owner's registered seal and a power of attorney form.

Copy of owner's Certificate of Alien Registration
Copy of Proof of Automobile Liability Insurance(책임 보험 가입 사실 증명서, Chaekim Boheom Gaip Sasil   Jeungmyeongseo)
Documentation of Temporary Driving Permission(or valid Driver's License) (임시 운행 허가증, Imsi   Unhaeng Heogajeung )
Documentation of Temporary Number Plate for Vehicle(임시 운행 허가 번호판, Imsi Unhaeng Heoga   Beonhopan )
Receipt from Payment of Registration Tax(등록세 납부 영수증, Deungnokse Napbu Yeongsujeung )
Receipt of Regional Development Promotion Bond(지역 개발 공채 매입 필증, Jiyeok Gaebal Gongchae  Maeip Piljeung)
Reporting
All real estate contracts except those requiring permission must be reported.
